FOLLIES performing Nov. 7–23, 2025 at the Philipstown Depot Theater.

The Depot Theater is holding auditions for Follies. Music and Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, Book by James Goldman.

Director: John Christian Plummer, Musical Director: Christopher Fasulo.

Auditions will be held at the Philipstown Depot Theatre in Garrison Friday, June 27, 6–10 p.m., and Saturday June 28, 12–5 p.m. and 6–9 p.m.

Actors should prepare a song, ideally from Follies or from another Sondheim musical. If you play a musical instrument, please bring it (if portable) and be prepared to play. Please bring your sheet music for the accompanist.

There are over 20 roles in the play, of varying ages. There is no need to audition for a certain role. Just sing a musical theatre song that best shows off your voice and ability. If you don’t play a musical instrument, don’t worry about it. That is not a bar to auditioning and casting.

Aery Theatre Company is accepting submissions for its 19th Annual Aery Theatre 20/20 One-Act Play Festival, which will run at the Depot Theater over the weekends of Sept. 5—14.
