Summer Industry Intensive Series: Comedy
June 21 & 22
Presented by Fable & Sow, hosted by the Depot: A two-day intensive workshop focused on audition technique with comedic material for TV & Film with JODI COLLINS. We will explore the essence of comedy within the scripts provided and its movement. Throughout the workshop, we will identify your unique rhythms that feel organic and authentic to you and apply them to the script. Additionally we will engage in a WORKOUT session using only your words.
On Day One, students will explore and prepare assigned TV & Film sides. On Day Two, students will participate in an on-camera mock callback with their prepared and memorized scene.
